Welcome to the Support Portal - How it works

How it works
- All case are logged into the Silvermine Support portal, as are all the comments and responses to the issues of features. Too access the tickets logged please go to the My Area tab

- Each ticket listed has a complete chain of events and for each ticket the time spend on the ticket will reflect against the ticket.
- Time for tickets can be classified as billable or non-billable

Closing tickets
- Tickets are typically manually closed once the item is complete and then a notification will be sent. If a ticket needs to be reopened then it can be done from the portal or by replying to any of the emails from that ticket

Billing
- At the end of each month the time for the month will be billed.
